At Corner Bliss, we are committed to delivering your premium leather goods safely and efficiently. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timeframes, and terms for orders placed within the United States.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Rates & Handling Time

We offer Standard Free Shipping on all orders across the United States with no minimum purchase requirement.

• Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time – EST), Monday through Friday.
• Handling / Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday).
• Transit Time: 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday).
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 13 business days.
• Shipping Cost: FREE on all orders.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update on the carrier’s portal.

4. Address Changes & Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at support@cornerbliss.com. Address modifications can only be made prior to order dispatch. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, reshipping fees may apply.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

• Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@cornerbliss.com. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
• Lost Packages: If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members and neighbors. If still missing, contact our support team to initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
